I’m not one to leave bad reviews but unfortunately I feel the need to. We had a windshield installed and everything seemed ok. Until it rained. Water was leaking in on drivers side floor, and previous to the new windshield it was always dry! We took the vehicle back and it was apparently water tested and was fine. Took it back a second time for the same leak and was told the cowl drain had leaves in it. $50.00 later and still water leaking in. Was told it was the factory seal around the door and that’s what needed to be replaced. Just for piece of mind and hoping not to have to get the seal from the dealership for a lot of money I took it to another shop. Low and behold the windshield was leaking. Got it resealed and all is good.

Thanks to Erin and the guys in the shop for getting us in right away when we stopped to see about a side mirror on our van. They actually had what we needed on hand and installed it right away. Great work and great customer service.

Driver's side front window was a victim to vandalism, no insurance coverage. Showtime gave me a quote that was less than half of a competitor & had the window ordered in, in less than 2 days. Phenomenal service & professionalism, vacuumed my entire vehicle which was greatly appreciated! 10/10 recommend! Thank you to Erin & the gents!

Absolutely 10 STARS. Right from first call to completion of my windshield. Great Customer Service. Highly recommended

They should probably update their hours to reflect being closed over their lunchour. I just spent a lot of time and gas traveling across the city just to have a paper sign tell me that no one was around to give me the glass I had ordered.

Great service at a great price price. Super impressed by the work on my Grumman and would definitely recommend!

Had a windshield replaced on a Range Rover and Mercedes. They were polite, professional and efficient. I will use them again.

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Appointments readily available and speedy service. Would definitely recommend Showtime!
